Graphing a linear equation using x and y intercepts

by Peggy Cole on Sep 15, 2013

An equation that is written in standard form can very quickly and easily be graphed using x and y intercepts. No need to rewrite the equation to put it into slope-intercept form; all you need to do is find the two points on the x and y axes where the graph passes, and then connect a line between them.
