Agonist/Antagonist Muscle Pairings

Please note: when talking about the elbow flexion movement, the antagonist muscle is the tricep muscle. In the video, it is incorrectly stated that the agonist and antagonist muscle is the bicep, which is incorrect. Elbow flexion: Agonist muscle: Bicep Antagonist muscle: Tricep
